Lucy Rennie
Lucy is a Business Excellence and Strategic Communications Consultant, Coach, Mentor and Non-Executive Director. She is the author of the bestselling book 'Clarity, Communication and Connection, Three Clear Steps to Future-Proof your Business' and host of the podcast The Future-Proof your Business show.
With over 25 years of experience driving business communications and marketing strategies in some of the world's largest organisations, including the global steel and mining company, ArcelorMittal where she was Head of Communications, supporting more than 300 sites around the world. During which time Lucy was influential in driving the internal change programme towards the "Journey to Zero" safety culture and has since developed a real ambition to promote the creation of more engaged, safe and productive company cultures across the industry.
Today, through her consultancy LR Comms, established in 2009, Lucy partners with predominantly manufacturing and engineering SMEs, advising leaders and teams in strategies for sustainable growth, effective communications, and building EXCEPTIONAL brands.

David Searle
David is an Organisational Health Advisor, Executive Coach/Mentor and Non-Executive Director. He is one of the UK’s leading practitioners in analysing the Health of organisations and identifying opportunities to improve performance through Leadership, Teamwork, Culture, Structure and the Clarity of Strategy.
With over 25 years of experience of organisational improvement of manufacturing businesses in both Private Limited and PLC organisations, culminating in leading an SME manufacturing business producing medical and aerospace components, David has developed a skill for identifying weaknesses in organisations and applying the tools and techniques to develop healthy organisations.
He founded his own Business Consultancy, Shine Associates in 2013 predominantly supporting SME manufacturing businesses going through cultural and performance transformation and change programmes.
