Yes! About six weeks before the retreat, we’ll send you some pre-retreat exercises and information to help you start thinking about your goals, vision, and business objectives.

These pre-work materials will set the stage for your time at the retreat and ensure you’re ready to hit the ground running.

The retreat is structured to give you both focused work time and opportunities for reflection and connection with other business owners. You’ll participate in strategic planning sessions, walk-and-talk activities, and brainstorming workshops, as well as have time to refine and develop your business vision and roadmap for the future.
We’ll also offer support for communicating your vision to your team and ensuring you’re ready to execute with confidence.

• Day 1: Focus on defining your business vision and strategic goals, with activities to refine your thinking and develop your strategy house.
• Day 2: Develop your 3-5 year roadmap, set your 90-day plan, and refine your communication strategy. You’ll also get the chance to test your plan and gain feedback in a supportive, collaborative environment.
  There’s also time for relaxation, social activities, and networking with other business owners.

After the retreat, we’ll offer a follow-up session one month later to review your progress, address any challenges, and keep the momentum going. This ongoing support is vital to ensuring you stay on track and continue making strides toward your business goals.
